What is WISe VNC SC 20.3?
WISe VNC SC 20.3 is a mini (166k) UltraVNC Server that can be customized and preconfigured for download by a Customer. WISe VNC SC does not require installation and does not make use of the registry. The customer only have to download the little executable and Click to make a connection. The connection is initiated by the server, to allow easy access thru customers firewall.
Why to use WISe VNC SC?
If you have contacted WISe Networks and been instructed to visit this page to download WISe VNC SC this tool is designed to assist our Technical Support Staff in accurately solving your support issues. In order to do this we have you download a small application, WISe VNC SC and with this our Technical Support Staff can directly access your computers Desktop as if they were sitting in front ot it in our shop. While on the phone with you our staff can watch your mouse movements and application progress to determin the problem. Our staff can also take control of your PC for a moment and investigate the problem further.
This software is a one time application. Once you or the Tech member close the connection the application is totally removed from memory and no connections can be made after that. Also you can ONLY connect to WISe Networks with this software. It is totally secure in as much as no one but the WISe Tech member can access your PC nor you access the WISe Tech member.

What is the difference between other VNC and WISe VNC SC?
* Size: Other VNC are about 650k to 1MB while WISe VNC SC is only 166k
* WISe VNC SC can only do a reverse connection while the normal version server can listen to viewer connections.
* WISe VNC SC can NOT be run as service, no logon or Ctrl-Alt-Del is supported.
* WISe VNC SC can only do File Transfers, Directory transfer is not yet supported (but will be soon).
* WISe VNC SC doesn't use registry and password. Settings are preconfigured, password is not needed for an outgoing connection.
How secure is WISe VNC SC?
* WISe VNC SC version is initiated by the person that shares his desktop: he needs to voluntary click to initiate the connection.
* You can use up to 128bit encryption. The encryption level depends on the OS and installed MS Crypto api.
* The server can only connect to the IP adress you have predefined.
* No incoming connections, no unattended service connection.
* WISe VNC SC is automatically and systematically unsinstalled when the connection is closed.
